The person waits in the phone a while before speaking then boldly says a name that just seems generic for all the calls like this, & disregards whet I have said or asked in meantime. When I say or ask a***n the caller just stays on the phone, ot responding. I say ok & choose not to speak either. Caller just stays on phone for several minutes before ****ing up.

Called stated that he was going to server me do***ents at my place and at my work and he had the wrong information for my job and he had my address he stated he was in the federal government database and reading everything that I have owned the caller called me from a unknown number and that gave me the phone for the office after I searched the number and no information was found

Caller name John threaten to seize my car for an unpaid debt from 10 years ago. No judgment has been placed nor have I been served to court.

Caller ID shows Private #. Said he was coming to my workplace and needed ID and supervisor or call 979-330-1451 back to schedule a time otherwise I will be detained.
gave a ref. number. claiming last attempt to contact. no return call, could result in litigation actions without my consent. the guy's name was Joe and the # provided was 888-803-1336 stated he was an insurance firm. claims a signature will be required for delivery of paperwork.

wouldn't stop calling. clearly breaking TCPA in auto dialing my cell phone constantly. agents that pick up don't know the source of their lead. they're just pushed the call, and seemingly disconnected from the phone campaign and possibly company behind it.

Yes she receives messages from him on a daily basis.
