This is a very bad attempt to try and make you think it's the IRS with an arrest warrant on you. First, that is not how the IRS operates. At the very least, you would be sent a letter with an opportunity to reply to or cure any problem stated in that letter. When they ask for information, just confess to blowing up the Hindenburg in Lakehurst, NJ.....see what they do with that information. ;)
