This number text me by my name in the morning. Asked if I had a child named "x" and called them by their name. I asked who it was and they immediately sent me 4 more texts that my child uses nicotine products and was hurting themself. That they knew it was hard to believe and they were very sorry and I could call them anytime. I called the number about an hour later from a blocked number and it went to voicemail with no voicemail greeting. Later that night when I had not responded back, they text me 4 more times and asked if they missed my call and they were sorry their daughter had softball earlier. Then re-text me saying they didn't know if there last text went through.
