got the silence surrounded "hi" then the hang upscared mee

Same thing just called me said "ah.. hi.." silence then hung up

I got the same call a few minutes ago, he said hi and then silence. Annoying scams!

That exact same thing just happened to me! "Uh, hi." Then nothing, then they hung up. Weird.

Like Dee, I received a call from Lisa Middleton on my cell phone. She claimed that we had talked about lowering my credit card interest rates last week, But that was a lie. I have never spoken with her or anyone else about lowering rates. This is definately some sort of scam. Probably trying to get you to give her your credit card information. She said to call her back at 877-723-1426, and that it was going to be the last courtesy call I receive from her. I ran that number as well and there were two other posts regarding it being bogus.

I just got a call on my cell phone - said her name was Lisa Middleton and wanted to lower my interest rates - seemed like it was definitely an automated call.

Just got a call from 989-832-0314 that I answered with my work title and name. Called just said "uuh hi", then silence, and disconnect.

Answered phone - no answer, just breathing! Unknown caller, what a nuisance.

Received the same call as Martin (above) - same stuff, lowering my interet rates etc, and of course, he was sorry that he is just now getting back to me.  What a bunch of bull.  We do not have a single credit card, never called anyone anyhow.  These scam artists are calling cell phones so we have to waste out minutes checking on the voice mail.  Be careful, it is just another sceme someone has come up with seeing as how most people have their home phone numbers on the no call list.

Caller hung up when I answered the phone.  Probably because I answered with name and business name.

I got the same call a moments ago.  Here's the transcript of the voicemail:"Hey ****, this is Ann Reynolds here. Hey, we spoke on the phone last week about possibly trying to lower your interest rates and lowering your monthly payments on your credit card so I wanted to get back to you and let you know that I did find a solution. I just got a call from that number too. I did not answer. They didn't leave me a voicemail though.

just got called with this # a few mins ago. i didnt answer it, and they left a voicemail. listened to the voicemail, and it was someone talking about lowering my interest rates and that i'm only making the minimum payments. i have no idea what this means, and im sure its just a scam call.

just got call , nobody speak on phone, where we report for block numbers, even ATT gaves me someone else disconnected number , some shay morgan from Arlington Texas, I got this number when I was in houston TX now I am in NJ and got lots of call, even I call to aTT they do nothing but the basterd operator told me that change number. what a nonsense number systems they have. this kind of problem I never faced in china , india which country used lots of cell phones then USA cell phone holders.
